General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
The following General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as GTCP) apply when using the www.qualiroll.hu websites, as well as when making a purchase from QUALIROLL HUNGARY Kft. Our company reserves the right to amend the provisions of this GTCP; therefore, we would like to ask you to read the terms and conditions published on the website before each purchase. In the event of an amendment, the orders submitted via the website or over the telephone shall be subject to the provisions of the GTCP in effect on the day of the order being submitted. By making a purchase, you agree to and accept to comply with the general terms and conditions provided herein, similarly to the provisions of the user policy.
ORDERING, PAYMENT, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Orders:
If you would like to submit an order or need any information, our customer service office is at your disposal between 8 am and 4 pm on weekdays. Our colleagues will provide you with prompt, clear, and correct answers to your questions. Orders can only be accepted in writing (either by email or by filling out the appropriate fields found on the website), the receipt of which is always confirmed in writing as well. Order cancellations and amendments can only be effected following the examination of the matter on a case-by-case basis.
The final result of this process depends on the type of product in question, the available items in stock, as well as the time that has passed since the order was submitted.
Payment:
In the case of the first few orders, your options will either be to pay in cash or transfer the purchase price in advance. When paying in cash, you can either settle the purchase price at our company’s site when you collect the order while in the case of an advance transfer, you will be asked to transfer the amount to the bank account number found in the confirmation letter. In the latter case, the order and the applicable delivery note will be shipped following the receipt of the transfer. You are required to specify the payment method you prefer at the time of submitting the order. The merchandise specified on the invoice shall remain the property of Qualiroll Hungary Kft. until the invoice total is settled.
Prices:
The purchase prices are provided in euros and do not include value-added tax. The door-to-door shipping fee of the product ordered shall depend on the type of delivery service available for the product in question and selected by the buyer.
SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping:
The purchased products are delivered to any address within Hungary. Deliveries shall be made by the GLS Hungary courier service to addresses both in and outside Budapest. Based on the experiences of the past few years, we have developed a rather predictable and reliable package delivery system for our partners. We have a bespoke contract with the courier service, which allows us to guarantee fast delivery even outside the capital.
Budapest and its metropolitan area:
Deliveries are made between 10 am and 5 pm on all weekdays; therefore, we would like to ask you to request delivery to an address where our colleague is able to reach you during this time period. In certain cases, a specific delivery time can be requested; please include any such requests in your written order.
Outside the capital:

The buyer is required to thoroughly examine the package received and sign the acknowledgement of receipt if everything is found to be in order. After this, we are unable to accept complaints regarding any deficiencies. Do not accept damaged packages. The invoice and the user instructions belonging to the product, as well as the warranty if applicable and any other necessary information, shall be included in the package.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Act XXXVI of 2002, you have 8 business days to return the product if it fails to match your expectations. The buyer shall not exercise their right of withdrawal in the cases specified in the applicable legislation, in particular, if the packaging has already been opened and the product is under copyright protection (e.g. audio and video recordings or computer software). In the case of purchases made through our customer service office, the right of withdrawal shall not apply.
The buyer shall return the package at their own expense, together with the invoice and all other documentation. We would like to ask you to send the product via a registered or sign-for mail service and with postal insurance to cover the possibility of lost or damaged packages. The costs of the return shipping shall be borne by the buyer in all cases. If the buyer has already paid the purchase price of the product, the seller shall refund the payment to the buyer within thirty days of the receipt of the withdrawal statement and the returned product via bank transfer to the account specified by the buyer. Any costs that may arise in connection with the return of the merchandise due to the right of withdrawal being exercised shall be borne by the buyer.
The buyer is obliged to make a statement regarding their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by writing to the following email address of the seller: info@qualiroll.hu. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the site and offices of the seller located at the address 2723 Nyáregyhaza, Mátyás király utca 3.
The buyer is obliged to accept the returned product only if it is returned by the buyer in its original packaging without having been opened, without any damage, and in the same condition it was in upon being delivered to the buyer (the packaging shall not be damaged, the product shall not show any signs of use, all labels shall be present). In the event that the buyer has already used the product and is, therefore, unable to return it undamaged in its full original packaging, the seller shall refuse to accept the returned product and refund the purchase price thereof; in such cases, the product shall be returned to the buyer at the expense thereof. Damaged or dirty products, as well as products with missing components, shall not be accepted as returned merchandise. If it becomes clear after the product is opened in the presence of the courier that the product is damaged in a verifiable manner and the damage was inflicted before the product was received by the buyer, we provide an exchange option for 8 days. In this case, the damage shall be confirmed in the delivery records maintained by the courier. All deadlines provided herein shall be calculated from the date of delivery. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any conditions with the exception of the return shipping cost, which shall be borne by the buyer.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
We assume the warranty and guarantee specified in the applicable legislation with respect to our products. Purchased products that later develop a fault shall be returned to our customer service office, together with the original invoice, warranty note, and a description of the fault. The shipping of the product in this case shall be arranged by the person requesting the repairs (both in the direction of the site of QUALIROLL HUNGARY Kft. and back to the site of the customer).
